Registration is now open for the 2016 SoACE Employer Relations Summit!
The Summit will take place at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, in Birmingham, Alabama, June 15 - 17, 2016.

Join us for the 2nd Annual Employer Relations Summit hosted by SoACE! Participants will walk away with practical knowledge and tools focused on Strategic Planning towards Employer Development; Building and Maintaining Relationships with Campus, Community and Career Services Partners; and Employer Partnerships and Sponsorships. This entire event will focus on employer relations and conclude with a local site visit!

Registration Tips:

Registration: Please register for all conference events during this registration session, even if you need to pay by more than 1 card or payment method.

  • Payment: At the end of your registration, you will be able to either pay immediately with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or select to be invoiced. If you will pay with more than one card or payment method, please select the "Invoice Me" option. Please make checks payable to cmcglobal and mail to SoACE Office, C/o SoACE Conference, 1101 N. Delaware St., Ste. 600, Indianapolis, IN 46202
  • Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email with an itemized list of the activities you signed up for. You may then proceed to the Invoice and click "Pay Now" to pay by card. Please keep and send this itemized confirmation to your accounting departments to serve as the backup of the invoice. 

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. Any refund requests received before May 20 (5 PM EST) will receive a full refund. Any refund requests received May 20 - June 10 will receive a 50% refund. Any requests received after June 10 at 5 PM EST will receive no refund. Please send requests to the SoACE Office: office@soace.orgor fax 1-317-635-4755. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registration fees will be refunded; however, SoACE will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies. SoACE is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues in regard to personal travel and no refunds will be given due to these occurrences.
